Dating a franchi shotgun
As Ned Fall has pointed out Wm Moore became Wm Moore & Grey in 1872 ( its the same William Moore) so how a gun obviously dating from 1877 onward bears the Wm Moore name is a bit of a mystery.I would guess that this gun was actually manufactured by Bonehill and shows the Wm Moore & Co name for export purposes.Adheres instantly to properly-prepared rubber, plastic or metal surfaces. I figure if they can take the ceramic tiles off the space shuttle and replace them, they can probably take the adhesive off the rib and barrel if needed.
